In 2010, Andrew Mallory graduated from law school and accepted a position as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. He prosecuted thousands of cases, ranging from DUI to murder. His experience as a prosecutor provided an invaluable understanding of the criminal justice system.

Andrew then went to work for a prominent civil litigation firm in Tampa. He represented large corporations and insurance companies in liability actions with a concentration in the industries of trucking and hospitality. During this time, Andrew enhanced his skills in personal injury practice by seeing how the responsible parties handled the claims.

After learning criminal and personal injury law from the other side’s point of view, he began representing individuals. He worked for two well respected firms in the area, advocating for clients and furthering his reputation in the community.

Eventually, Andrew followed his dreams of owning his own law firm and opened Byrne Mallory, PLLC in 2018. When Andrew is not in the courtroom, he his spending time with this wife and two children.
